Is a hit guaranteed in every pack?
No. A chase list describes the pool a series is built from — it is not a guarantee that any individual card is in your pack.
Are the cards authentic?
Yes. All product is sourced through established distribution channels and inspected before it enters a build.
Can I return a pack?
Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days. Once a mystery pack is opened it cannot be returned.
